Christian Leonard is an entrepreneur originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, currently calling the Bradenton, Florida area home. Real estate investments have been a major part of my life for over 12+ years, and throughout that journey I’ve built my career around relationships, hard work, and creating opportunities for others. Today, I am a managing partner of a redevelopment enterprise and a real estate firm. I have the privilege of helping clients, investors, and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Over my professional career, I’ve developed a strong reputation for my expert negotiating ability, powerful sales expertise, and people-first approach. I’ve always believed that success in business comes down to understanding people, building trust, and finding solutions that create value for everyone involved. Whether I’m working on real estate transactions, exploring investment opportunities, or growing new business ventures, I bring the same mindset: stay driven, think creatively, and never stop pushing forward.

Over the last year and a half, my focus has been on developing and executing a large-scale, multi-phased redevelopment platform centered around the acquisition and transformation of residential real estate assets. Our vision involves building a portfolio of 500+ residential dwellings, strategically targeting distressed and underutilized properties with strong redevelopment potential. Through thoughtful planning, due diligence and market analysis, the initiative is designed to revitalize these properties and reposition them into high-quality housing aligned with current market demand and pricing trends.
