Christian Leonard
FounderChristian Leonard is an entrepreneur originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, currently calling the Bradenton, Florida area home. Real estate investments have been a major part of my life for over 12+ years, and throughout that journey I’ve built my career around relationships, hard work, and creating opportunities for others. Today, I am a managing partner of a redevelopment enterprise and a real estate firm. I have the privilege of helping clients, investors, and families navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Over my professional career, I’ve developed a strong reputation for my expert negotiating ability, powerful sales expertise, and people-first approach. I’ve always believed that success in business comes down to understanding people, building trust, and finding solutions that create value for everyone involved. Whether I’m working on real estate transactions, exploring investment opportunities, or growing new business ventures, I bring the same mindset: stay driven, think creatively, and never stop pushing forward.
Over the last year and a half, my focus has been on developing and executing a large-scale, multi-phased redevelopment platform centered around the acquisition and transformation of residential real estate assets. Our vision involves building a portfolio of 500+ residential dwellings, strategically targeting distressed and underutilized properties with strong redevelopment potential. Through thoughtful planning, due diligence and market analysis, the initiative is designed to revitalize these properties and reposition them into high-quality housing aligned with current market demand and pricing trends.

Dana Krohn
FounderDana Krohn is the managing partner of Tidal Star Ventures, a Florida- based real estate redevelopment company focused on waterfront and water-view residential opportunities throughout Manatee County and surrounding Gulf Coast markets. With a background in large-scale construction, restoration, and project management, Dana has built his career around complex redevelopment and operational execution. He began in fire, water, and mold restoration sales, marketing, and project management, specializing in large-loss and high-complexity projects. Due to his leadership and operational performance, he was later recruited to oversee multiple large-scale apartment complexes and capital improvement projects ranging from approximately $100M–$300M in value. Dana later transitioned into becoming a General Contractor and founded Tidal Star Ventures with a focus on waterfront and value-add redevelopment opportunities throughout coastal Florida markets.
Throughout his career, Dana developed a reputation for delivering projects on time and under budget while managing construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, vendorcoordination, and execution. His experience across both field operations and executive- level project oversight has provided him with extensive construction management and redevelopment expertise. Over the last 15+ months, Dana has invested substantial time and capital into building direct seller pipelines, builder relationships, operational infrastructure, market analysis, and acquisition opportunities within targeted communities.
Through extensive due diligence and relationship-driven sourcing, he has positioned the company to scale a multi-phase waterfront redevelopment platform projected to encompass 500+ residential units. Today, Dana’s focus remains on disciplined execution, scalable redevelopment strategy, and long-term alignment with private and institutional capital partners..
